Kiwi Scoops is expanding! We're looking for a couple of people to help out at weekend events this Fall. This will be an event based position with opportunity to grow alongside our small business.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Accurately take and process customer orders
Prepare sundaes, milkshakes, and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and dishware
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards throughout shift
Requirements
Previous experience in retail or food service preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to operate POS
Basic math skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift 50 lb
